Institutional & Commercial

A hand drawn and watercolored side elevation of a 500 seat theater. Pacific Northwest traditional / transitional styling with stone, stucco, brick, and natural timbers. Small artisan studios are on the ground floor within the arcade. Somewhat mannerist in detailing, but with classical proportions.
